At Moralis, we provide you with two different support tiers in Onboarding, Integration, and Project management.

These two types of support are Community Support and Premium Support which are both available to you 24/7.

Community Support

This Support tier brings you technical Discord support, Forum support, and Online tutorials, which you can use to ask questions, troubleshoot your code issues, and learn more about Moralis. You can also email our team at [email protected] for any billing or all other inquiries you might have.

Community Support is included in Starter plan, Pro plan and Business plan.

Premium Support & Onboarding

This Support tier brings you:

- Premium Onboarding

- Project Scoping

- Project Tracking during integration

- Dedicated support channel

- Dedicated Account Manager

- Dedicated Solutions Architect

- Dedicated Customer Success Manager
